The cutting system "Saturno Cutter" has been created specifically for cutting any type of insoles. The good quality of cutting has been achieved thanks to our patented technology. This technology allows also to get a good productivity; the system can work to a speed of 25 m/min. The machine can work sheets of 1500 x 1500 mm, doubled strips of any type, reels up to a maximum width of 1500 mm and up to a depth of 6 mm, the selection of the different type of work is done with simple operations, in the design phase, through the relative systems of "New Cad". The machine has a large storage capacity for the material to cut. Strips, sheets, and the loading can even be done while the machine is operating. The cut pieces are placed on a mat in order of direction and cut, aiding the manual face of the stockage. The machine works automatically without any interventions apart from the loading/unloading of material, both for large and small scale production, the simplicity of the system allows a easy use. The cutting system "Saturno Cutter" used together with "Saturno Cad" solves the everyday problems of handling orders and sampling required from sole manufacturers, obtaining a product of any type in a very short time with a simple and economical operation.
The solid structure and the reliable movement of the 2 heads together with the speed of cut, allow to get a high productivity and quality of the desired cut. Production: 2000 pairs H. The system Cam Saturno2 has exclusively been conceived for the cut multistrato of the sheets, from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 10, working with a vast type of materials, also synthetic thanks to an automatic system of antisaldatura with the benefit of separation of the pieces cut immediate. The system to low consumption, through a particular structure of the carpet it allows an energetic saving up to 90%.
We prepared a new digital version to enrich the Saturno range (Saturno 2 and saturno 2.2). This new digital version has a powerful architecture for the management of the user interface and for the external management of CAD / CAM system. The use of a latest generation processor allows now the real-time control of the machines The use of digital technology for the servo drives, the servomotors and the mandrel, controlled by the new digital CNC, contributes significantly to improving the ratio “precision/time” in high speed machining. Now we can have more speed, more production and more cutting precision. In particular we can increase the quality cut on multiple sheets. At the end we also prepared a restyling to improve the dexterity of the operator without important modifications on the basic line of the machine.
Cutting insoles machine capable to work with stripes, and/or sheets until to the considerable size of 1500x1500 mm, or with roll. Cut's preciseness and quality is guaranteed by a new model of a patented punch. The machine is able to work in a continuous cycle because it has got a warehouse of loaded/unloaded of the cut pieces. Thanks to a powerful CAD system, you can acquire an insole throughout a scanner and effect sized development. As the plan is showing, from the design you can:
- Acquire the basic sole with the scanner or loaded the sole in DFX format exported from another CAD system.
- Grade in sizes the basic loaded sole.
- Set up the working quantities throughout the label.
- Set up sheet's sizes according to the kind of work (stripes, sheets or roll).
- Activate function of soles automatic placing on the sheet (nesting).
- Export the obtained work towards the cut machine.

One of the press knives can be oriented so to obtain punching that are not only rounds. As knives are independent of each other. it is possible to use they with a different velocity and slopes that allows to have always and in the same time an high level of cutting quality and performances. By an easy mouse operation, the working area can be divided into two areas of variable dimensions, with respect to the operator needs. The 20" LCD monitor has provided of a movement independent system that allows to point it self to look in the direction of the placing area utilised of the operator, this allows to control every operation. The cutting system has been designed for cut any leather, thunit, rubber, coming on sheet or rolls, in different types: fiberboard - multiple layer materials, thick up to 10mm. The machine can be used both for samples and production. The mirror less projection allows a great resolution. It is possible to work with automating nesting.
The Galileo cut system allows to cut insoles without the use of the press knife. The models that have to be cut are acquired from the cad automatically and if it is necessary to modify a insole design (model) the CAD system allow for easy modification of it by use of simple functions command. Once the base insole design has been established it is possible to provide the desired various sizes and quantities required, the nesting is elaborated automatically. Such a system allows for a 10% to 15% productivity savings on material usage in comparison to the traditional press knife technique. Our patented cut System allows to cut any kind of rigid material used to produce insoles that is up to 8 mm of thickness, it is also possible to cut multiple sheets. The machine has a load container with automatic feeding. The maintenance of the machine has limited to monthly replacement of the cutting tip. Insoles Cut System can be used with jointed strips or spools (bobbins) - CAD system provides support and functionality for template acquisition, automatic elaboration and nesting of insoles.
- Our patented CAM mechanical cut technology, is capable to cut insoles up to 8 mm of thickness regardless of the form design of the insole (and including pointed insoles). It is also capable of cutting any type of material , including reinforced metal insoles.
- The System provides for automatic sheets feeding.
Machine with optic acquisition to glue the insoles in free abutment, without need to center them, in fact finding the template the glue is uniformed on the insoles of any type and form without to interfere on the machine, the operator must only load and unload left and right insoles.
This machine is completely automatic, infact it can work without the presence of the operator, and provide automatically for loading and unloading of the material, very easy to use, and also very easy to set . The templated insoles are positioned on its two loaders (right and left) to be milled and after in a crossed way placed in piles for wished quantities.

The parametric tools allow to speed up most of the operations required to design and setting up new styles, making them easier.
The standard formats interfaces, allow to import and export the designed styles to any different CAD software.
LeaCAD Footwear grading tools allow to grade the style by applying custom modifiers and size groups. Everything very easily.
LeaCAD generates automatically the bill of material the working cards of the style on custom layouts.
The style-data can be exported to the company production management software.
The Sketch 3D module allows to acquire both vector lines and last surface, with the possibility to modify style lines on the surface. Data can be sent to different rendering software.
