CAD / CAM cutting system with rotating belt
SATURNO 6 NT is an automatic CAD / CAM system created for cutting and machining the sectors: automotive, manufacturing, furnishings & furniture, packaging, paper converting, leather goods and footwear. The system is equipped with 10 highly performing tools that make the job simple and fast in all circumstances.
SATURNO 6 NT, thanks to its rotating cutting tape, can work both in continuous and fixed mode, the nesting of the pieces can be automatic or manual and the cutting height is guaranteed up to 50 mm. Closed loop tapes of various densities and materials can be simply replaced or interchanged if necessary.
Thanks to its characteristics, SATURNO 6 NT is able to cut and process a large quantity of materials such as: leather, synthetic rolls, slabs, tunits, cardboard and high density fibers.
